Does Peak work on residential projects?
Yes. The current website is focused on residential exterior repair and construction work, including dry rot, siding, decks, patios, waterproofing and related exterior repairs.

Can you tell how far dry rot extends before opening the wall?
Visible conditions can show where to investigate, but the full repair boundary may only become clear after affected exterior materials are opened. Peak defines the practical repair scope around what is actually found.
Do you repair siding or only replace it?
Both. Localized siding and trim can be repaired when that is practical, while broader replacement can be scoped when deterioration or project conditions justify it. See Siding Repair & Replacement.
Does Peak build new decks as well as repair them?

What kind of patio work does Peak offer?
Patio work is defined property by property. Peak reviews the existing home, outdoor-space goal, access and site conditions before confirming materials and the actual construction scope. See Patio Construction.
Does Peak offer waterproofing?
Waterproofing is available where water management is part of an approved deck, balcony or exterior-surface repair scope. The exact system and preparation requirements are confirmed for the individual project.
Does Peak do full roof replacement?
The current website presents Peak for localized roof repair where a roof-edge, penetration or adjoining exterior condition is part of the approved repair. It does not present Peak as a full roof-replacement contractor.

Is the work covered by a warranty?
Peak provides warranty coverage on its work. Exact duration, covered work and exclusions depend on the approved scope and the written project agreement.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the actual scope, materials, site conditions and any required permit or inspection steps. Peak confirms scheduling after the project has been evaluated and the work is defined.
