Warranty & Project Documentation
Peak warranty coverage applies to the approved work performed by Peak. Exact duration, covered work and exclusions are confirmed in the written project agreement rather than assumed from a generic promise.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a selected product or system, the relevant documentation is tied to that project’s approved materials and installation scope.
Permits & Inspections
Peak can coordinate required permits and inspections when the approved project calls for them. Whether a permit is required depends on the jurisdiction and the actual work being performed.
The project scope is reviewed first so permit, inspection and closeout steps can be matched to the work rather than added as a blanket claim to every repair.
