Program Description
If you opt in, Peak Construction may send SMS text messages related to your estimate request, appointments, project updates, customer service, and quote follow-ups.
Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Peak Construction. The SMS checkbox on the estimate form is not selected by default.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with Peak Construction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also call Peak Construction at (916) 710-1007.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of SMS service may depend on your device, carrier, and network.
Privacy
Your use of the SMS program is also subject to the Peak Construction Privacy Policy. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
Peak Construction may update these SMS Terms as messaging practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
